thinking about offering my friend money for his 300ex.
its a 2000, has a stage 1 hotcam, and a fmf pipe, new cam chain and aarm bushings. only problem is the crankshaft has a non-replaceable gear on it that is missing a tooth. this will need to be replaced for it to run good.
whats a a good offer??

500-600.....that's a pain in the arse to fix....Thats all i would give anyways.....if it was in good shape

I wouldn't even bother with it. It's worth 600 MAX the way it is. Thats a pain in the pooper to change the crank in them just because of a stupid sprocket.

Don't waste your time. Use that money and buy some mods for your 400.

oh, and btw, the most I would pay for it is maybe $450. The whole engine needs to be torn apart.
