Good Trade?

is it a good trade for me to trade my 96 ext. cab s-10 with s/t and 97,000 miles on it for a 2000 ext.cab ZR2 a/t with 134,000 miles on it? i'm not really digging my s/t anymore and i love the looks of the ZR2 only thing is his needs a new grill and i need to finish my paint job. ANY SUGGESTIONS??

I had a zr2 with high milage and the darn thing was broke down ALL THE TIME, however i had the regular 2wd s10 with higher milage and drove the heck outta it and only put tires on it.......
