Ok well I have everything torn down now. Do you have a gusset kit that you prefer? I will prolly end up sending out the frame first then other parts after that. I hope to get it sent out sometime this week.

I tell ya what, I have been using the LSR kit lately and I really like it alot. It is pretty involved but sure does tighten up the old R frame!

Its more expensive then the Bare kit ($70 versus $133) but its geared more towards the areas that are really showing signs of weakness. Nothing wrong with the Bare kit, just a more colplete kit IMO

Let me know asap so I can get a kit on order, I have one left and its being installed this week

One more question...I I just sent the frame and sub out this week what would be the turn around time on those? Would I just pay you before you ship it back?

Pappy

Usually 2 weeks or less. I do all I can do to turn them in that time period, but it all depends on how fast the parts flow through the stripping company

Yep, most folks just pay when I tell them its completed

Alright I'm shipping these parts tomorrow:

Waterpump Cover
Clutch Bracket

Lime Green:

2 engine plugs
Oilfilter Cover
Motor Mounts

Just get me a price on those when you recieve it. I will be shipping other things out here in a couple weeks....thanks

I just read that you don't like peanuts....sorry I did not read that till after I packaged it. Sorry if that is a problem.

Dude I would have him put the LSR kit on your frame, I had the bare kit put on and already have another crack where the LSR would have a gusset. Like pap said, nothing wrong with the bare kit but the LSR just hits alot more points.

I will have him install the LSR kit. I am waiting a couple more weeks to ship my frame out though.

Alright just checking....and yeah I tore my ACL and my miniscus. Im doing physical therapy right now for a month. They think that might help my ACL but as for my miniscus I get surgury next month. If my ACL doesnt heal they will fix that too. Im out for arenacross.....its a bummer

Pappy
11-17-2008, 08:23 AM
No it has not shipped. I was waiting on more green to finish you up, I misjuded how much I had. It arrived friday and the remaining few parts will be completed and headed your way shortly.

Did they say how well you will be able to do after surgery?

300ex_#387
11-17-2008, 08:34 AM
alright thats fine...no big hurry I cant ride it anyway haha.

After my surgery it will be 3 months before I can start racing again. I've been tossing up selling the quad and getting out of racing for now. I have a year and a half of college left around here then I'm moving away from home and I might just keep it for just another year. I'm not sure what i'm going to do yet.

Pappy
11-21-2008, 12:28 PM
3 months seems like alot of time, but please listen to the docs!

I finished your green parts today and they look sharp! Clear over that green really waked it up. I have to get the bearings pressed back in and as long as there isnt any issues you will see everything next week.
