Alrite, in massachusetts we NEVER get crappy weather like what has been going on lately in the 14 years iv been living here. Thundrstorms every day and tornadoes.

I was watching the news the other day and saw an interesting thing. The last time mass. got a tornadoe was in like 1990-1992.People reported hearing a strange bug and seeing them to.

The news said the bugs are back and im thinking they have something to do with this strange weather? I know it seems a little weird but they could be the reason.

What do you guys think?

Can you get a link to a website that can shed more light on this "bug"?? Seems very odd.

you got it backwards, the bug isn't causing the weather, the weather is attracting the bug.

did you know that when you hear a dove scream that means its gonna rain?, this one uncle jesse looking guy outta the mountains told me and a few friends that when we was out riding once and i thought it weas bs but around here its been true so far and i heard that like 2 yrs ago.....

I can appreciate how you feel but now that I've been through a serious drought (still sort of still in it), I will never complain about rain again.

yeah a drought would definitely be worse, I just don't like not being able to quad and be outdoors because of rain.

Ye the weather is weird everywhere this year. Iv'e been helping my friends sandbag around their house because the Mississippi river is getting so high from all the rain, lots of flooding in our area. Get a dry day here and there and i'm riding like crazy.

Ye and last year at this time our area was having water shortages because of a drought, kinda weird lol

i haven't seen any weird bugs around lately, but i have seen a crapload of rain! we had a "microburst" hit our house in 2001, pulled 3 windows out of the house, and took down over 3 dozen trees. not something i want to see again.

I heard the "bug" was some sort of beatle that infests trees and with all the pestisides and what not thats out theres nothing that kills it so the only thing to do is cut the tree down and burn it. I also heard that the beatle was found in Worcester, MA. This all came form an old lady that came into my work so im not sure how true it is haha.
