Does anyone know how to loosen up a clutch lever to make it easy to pull in??

yea, take it off, go to the bike shop, buy another, then put it on....
But really, take it off the hand clutch lever take the adjuster off, go to where the line goes into the plastic casing, get wd-40 or 3in one oill and spray / pour it into the cable, hook it back up and pull it alot
