ecatv on ebay sells the antivibe clamp brand new with new rubbers and all bolts you want in multiple colors for 70 shipped with the offset tether mount. I run flexx bars and they're the cheapest I've found with the tether/killswitch mount that doesn't interfere with the flexx bars.
