after replacing my tranny, ive got everything back together except for the head/ valves etc. When i push my kickstarter down, the sprocket and clutch basket move but my piston does not move. Anyone know why this is? It is a 2006 450r.
I may have to tear it apart again because when i spin my clutch basket and push down on my shifter, it wont engage into gear... the sprocket still spins freely and i cant get it to click into a gear. Would this be a problem with the shifter mechanism on the clutch cover side or does it sould like i failed to install the shift forks into the shift drum correctly? I would hate to split the cases again.
