i got my ex engine right beside me and just put my 440 kit in and am on the top. and dont no how to time in the engine.. i put the pistion at tdc and the cam isnt quite down yet. but close

Set the timing mark on the flywheel at "T", then put the cam in lobes down. Put the two lines on the cam gear parallel with the top of the head and thats it.

Put the two lines on the cam gear parallel with the top of the head and thats it. ok thanks i got it figured out after i red a bit in my book i just put my engine in the frame and mounted it upjust got to put some stuff on like the carb and air box and tighten some stuff then il put oil in t and fire it up. i put a 440 kit in i cant weight!
