hey guys i have a quad anymore and have been out of the loop big time but i am working on my brothers 04 kfx400 this weekend...just got him a pro circuit t4 full pipe, uni filter, lid off, @ sea level and i need to know what jets to use

when i did my previous quads i saved loads of $ by ordering the single jets needed instead of an actual "jet kit" so hopefully someone can help me out

thanks alot!

This past week at Winchester bay Oregon dunes (sea level) i used a 160 with a Yoshi, k&n and no lid. Seemed to just about perfect.
good luck

you'll have to adjust the fuel screw if you notice it pops on decel. If you get close to 3 turns you also may need to bump the pilot to a 25. A 160 is a good start. I'd buy a couple in this range and play with it till it's good.

Believe me, you'll be one of the few that get it right the first time. This is what I had before upgrading to a FCR 39mm.

155 MAIN(Thats with a uni filter/k&n power lid/hmf slip on)
25 pilot. Needle clipped at 4th down.

Now, thats at 800ft above sea level

I think its safe to say 160 for your main. You might as well change the pilot jet to a 25 while your at it.

I think you can get away without the needle .
