wont idle?

I've been trying to tune my fcr on my kfx440 and I've managed to get it to run fine for the exception that it wont idle, also it wont start without the choke on.

Hmmm, I think you and I are in the same boat. I just spent most of the morning and half the day screwing with mine. Mine wont start unless I hold the throttle in. Then it wont idle. My FCR is off an 05 YFZ. I got a 45 pilot installed at the moment. Im thinking its running too rich. Gonna try a 42 .

Go up a size or two on the pilot jet.
