04 honda 450r jetting PLEASE HELP ME

i have a 04 450r stock motor with a fullsystem fatboy 4 by duncan racing exahaust system i have cut holes in the air box and i currently have a 172 main jet in it and a 125 pilot jet in it plz suggestions on what to do with it all help is appreciated it is starting halfway good and after it warms up ittll die n start for a second then have to keep it running n it runs better with the choke on PLEASE HELP ME :D :D

The pilot fuel jet should be a 48 not a 125. Where is the 125 jet located in the carb? Other than the idle how does it run? Start with the pilot mixture screw at 2.5 turns out and set the idle speed between 1800 and 2000 RPMs. Also make sure that the choke is operating properly.
