I am trying to find out which chassis Laeger make for Honda's.
Been on Laeger website and cannot find an Email address.
Also which Honda had the best chassis for motocross,250r,450r or 400ex.

i dont think laeger ever made and aftermarket frame for the 450r or a 4ooex.but i could be wrong.but to answer your question,a laeger 250r narrow nosed protrax frame was the best bike i ever owned/ridden.i'm sure alot of you are gonna say a walsh is better then them, but not in my opinion.i own a walsh now, great bike dont get me wrong, but the laeger was the best handling bike i have ever ridden.hands down..

Laeger is owned by some new people. They don't make chassis' anymore or have knowledge about old stuff that Mark Laeger made.

As far as used, Laeger stuff floating around is all 250R based. A few had setups for CRF450 motors and 250X motors but anything that isn't a conversion was 250R based.

Lonestar makes trx450R, 400ex and 250R chassis as well as some hybrids.

Arens bros made some 400ex based hybrid chassis'

For a motocross setup you are probably better to go with a 250R or 450R setup.

I had a Laeger Crf, that wasnt a conversion. It was built in 02/03. I called Laeger on a part i was looking for, and the new owner tried telling me, my frame didnt exist. haha. Meanwhile I tried being nice and explain that there was a "few" of these crf frames built back when the pro's and pro ams were running hybrids. I dont think your going to get anywhere with Laeger......

Honestly, if you want that company that makes the best RACING frames. I would go with Lonestar, Or a lobo chassis. I have an LSR RACING frame and everything is re-enforced. Basically if your looking just to ride around and not totally abuse your quad like motocross does. I would just get a frame guesset by a TIG WIELDER. LSR racing frames are serouis business when it comes to fab part. See my CRF450R Hybrid post, I will supply some pics of my current build.
