No throttle response after mid-throttle

I have on 02 400ex and just the other day I was riding and everthing was fine then I lost power at the top end. The throttle has no response after mid throttle. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

By chance did the main come loose?

yeah....I have been riding....on my old Blaster.....was crusing along great....then all the sudden...crap. I took the carb off, unscrewed the bowl, and my main jet fell into my hand. What a relief..I torqued it down, and was back to normal in minutes
