koso front drive puley

I recently installed a new koso drive pulley. After about a couple of passes I took apart to change rollers again and 3 out of 6 melted to a flat spot. Need some advice on how to correct this. Thanks a lot Joe

I put that on my sons Apex and had the same problem. And It kept happening. So I went back to stock, and no more issues.
