yea considering the fact that everyone is broke... it makes it quite difficult.

it took 5 different "for sale" sections on different websites, craigslist, cycle trader, and word of mouth to sell my 400 that was mx built for 3500. sucks. :grr:

best of luck to you:)

Most people who are looking to buy used are always looking to steal it for a low price. Then they can brag about the good deal or how they talked the seller into giving it away for their price.

One thing to watch for with online ads is buyer looking to "flip it" and make a $$.

IMO you would be better off putting ad in local paper and dealing face to face with potential buyers.

yea just post it in your local cylce trader, thats about the price they should be going for and it looks to be in pretty good shape.

Most people on here just throw low ball offers or dont really want to buy it.

no doubt on that! i hate those guys saying" yeah i got it for 500$ less what he wanted ha ha sucker". and half of them are using daddies money and dont have a job.
they dont hardly nothing about the bike but think thats too much to pay for that. get a life i want to tell some of them. i had an 89 honda 250r that the only stock thing on it was the radiator and it was immaculate and half the idiots said" its not even worth two grand or i can get a even nicier one for 1500$" i told them to go and buy the other one then. then the one came back to buy it i raised the price up another 500$ just becuase he was an ***. you know what he almost crapped his pants when i told him but guess what he paid it but with daddies money 6200$ out the door. i would of settled for 4500$ but you talk crap then i really dont want to do business with ya.
nice quad you got for sale and its worth what you want.

It doesn't help that its an 05. People are scared of bearing problems.

but if people know what they are talking about then they know the bearing problems happen prior to having 20 hours on it. past that the chances of that are minimal. only people who dont have one dont know that they just heard it somewhere

My buddy just sold an 04 450R that didn't look as nice as that one for $3200 locally. I'm going to be asking $3500ish for my 05 in a month or so, but it will look immaculate and it will have a fresh motor bottom to top.

Yea my bearings had almost 3 years on them before they went out. And a lot of the 06+ guys are starting to feel those pains now too, not just us.
