This weekend at a harescramble there is a guy that will be giving test hls shocks for people with yfz and 450r's. He does testing for gtt and from what I heard they run about 200 degrees cooler than a shock with a resivior. I will let you know how they ride.

Well I took the plunge and ordered the HLS Elites. Faxed in my order a few hours ago. Got a call less than 5mins. regarding my order. Appaarently i forgot to put which kind I wanted.

If these ride good I may have my stock rebuilds up for sale soon. One has blown seal. Im pretty sure I blew the seal out on the table top at Lorettas in April. I was so tired I would land all 4 wheels at once and bottom out. Well thats what happened my last 2 laps.

They are PC'd block and need some new needles bearings and 2 end caps that go on the outside of the bearing and seal.

I finally got to try out the new shocks on Sunday at a race. They rode great and handled well. They didnt give me the ground clearance that i was use to w/ my other shocks. They were the same length eye to eye as my stocks but so much softer that it lowered my front end some. Although the race we went to was like an amateur rock cramling event. I was very pleased with theresult and never realized how stiff my rear shock was until i got the HLS fronts. Cant wait for the rear to become available.
