The 10th number or letter will tell you what year it is. If it is a 4...its 2004 If its x its 1999. Tell me what it is and I can tell you what year it is.

My current 400 has a "Y" for the 10th vin. And i thought it was a 2000.

The frame I just got has a 2 so its a 2002.

In the year 2000....they started them with a 0...and then 01' is a 1, 02' is a 2...etc etc
