I did it myself and learned from one of the best!!(Gary Saunders)You may not no him,but anyone wants to no how good his work is just ask ''Blue ex rider''..He just did a head for him for a fractune of his Curtis Sparks head and theres no comparison...Makes good power and fresh valve job..$250 plus stock head.Its on my 416 now, with stage 2 hot cam and makes around 40hp...Truthly!!

did you meet with him for him to teach you or did you have him pm you with details? if my quad doesnt sell then this might be something i might look into, i like experimenting on my own

I hang out alot at his shop and he ports and talks me through it..I did a couple of small heads for 250x and a 550 yamaha,before doing my own..LOL There is a science to it and its rocket science..When I did the head it was like WOW!!! My buddy said I did good job..U can go and make something look like a mirrior and it may not make a difference and you can go and hog one one out and that will...Slow it down..LOL Theres a fine line knowing where to cut and how much..let me no if i an help you...feel free to call me..336 953-3084 Bobby

sounds good, yeah im suposed to get a call in the next few hours to see if my bike will sell or not, the kid sounded real excited for it so well see how it goes. now what kinda tools do you use? i have a handy dremel and a few good attachments. but im just tossing ideas up there.

dremel and alittle no how..Im not sure I can teach u alot over the phone ,but I can tell you where to cut and where not too..:D

if i took a picture and posted it could you point the areas out? i am doing my top end and waiting for some extra money to finish it, and i want to to the intake runners a little while it's just sitting there.
