I'm not sure that the same machine would be best at these two unrelated activities, but I'd say take a look at the Arctic Cat Thundercat...it's a monster.

the bruteforces are good quads (for most)

they handle pretty well and there is plent of power with both models the 650 &750

the new thunder cat is bulky, but as far as pulling i do beilive it would give a light duty pick-up a run for its money :p

go down and take a ride on a can am outlander 800, youll about poop yourself, we used them at my shop to pull boat hoists out of the water, we pulled around 45 foot pontoons with it and never spun a tire, and definatly comfortable for longer rides, with it being designed to dominate in the baja 1000 mile race. you will enjoy. plus its got the speed of a sport quad at around 90 mph topped out.
