i was looking into the gt thunder front shock conversion and the xc linkage. i was wondering if this would be a decent setup for xc and also jumping at the track sometimes? also does anyone know what the average turn-around time is at gt? thanks- sean

Its about 2-3 weeks. My buddy has his set up for xc on his 450r. They are amazing he has the linkage and full suspension redone. At the track the are like riding on a cloud. When I jumped his 450r for the first time I was amazed at the quality. I could case and overshoot jumps and not feel a thing. The only thing is he said he broke a bunch of airboxs because of the gtt linkage. This can be fixed by a airbox lifter kit. They are a great suspension set up and I loved them when I tried them.

They usually have them in house 3 to 4 days. Then you have to factor in shipping time.

yes they sell airbox lifter kits and so does houser-racing.com . me and my buddy drove tree hours down to gt thunder and dropped his rear shock off on monday and they revalved and resprung it and connected thier linkage to it and was mailed back to him by saturday. and what a difference it was like night to day. i will be buying thier XC short linkage for the new TCS dual rate triple adjust rear shock and have them revalve it for my riding. they know thier stuff!

I just got all 3 of my stockers done with their mx link. Sent them out on a tuesday, were back to my door the following monday. They work amazing and I use 20" rears and 21" fronts.
