Who all has converted from an electrick to kick start? Are you glad you did? Where did you get the parts for and how much? Thanks

It is pretty easy change over we have done it for alot of customers and I did my 06s I have been lucky enough to end up with 07 & 08 kickers. The biggest difference is the bike will start when you want it to. I can not post price but it is not to bad

just got my kit in today and will be installing it this weekend. it was about 440.00 shipped. here is where i got it

Will I need anything else beside the kit? Does anyone make something to cover the starter motor hole? Thanks a lot

We sell our kit cheaper and it come with the starter plug

its a complete kit to add the kicker.looks like item #6 on here to plug the starter hole.

Is it a big deal when removing the electric start from the ER model and going kick only? I had to run a capacitor on my YFZ when i removed the battery. can you cut off a bunch of wires in the harness?
