What does it mean if my front brakes work when the lever is pulled but the lever doesn't spring back like it used to? When I pull the lever, the brakes come on but in order to release the brakes, I have to push the lever out. Also, is that a grease zerk on top of the front calipers or the place to bleed them? Thanks.
