hhahah very fun.

But seriously is there anything really that i should do other than ride it, put it on its grab bar and check the bottom for cracks in the frame, and check all the bearings?

just do a walk around and make sure everything looks solid. chevk the frame for cracks, especially by the upper shock mounts. when you get one just make sure all the bolts are tight, check the oil, and give'r hell!:macho

I wouldn't buy a used one if the swingarm bolt wouldn't come out. It is a real pain to cut these out.

X2 IMO If you cant pull the swingarm bolt out then the owner did not take care of it. There are some rare exceptions when the bolt siezes even when proper maintenace is done but not many. Lots of people like to clean with a pressure washer which is fine as long as you grease the quad after.

Also look at the front a-arms, check the joints to see if the boots are torn and have no grease.

Take a good look at the head gasket area for signs of leaks.

have a buddy hold up the front and rear end, and do the ole bearing check on front wheels and carrier.
