the elkas are an amazing upgrade from what i can tell. my brothers not around and im sure he'll tell you all about them, but when we traded i didn't want to get back on mine. the trails were pretty whooped out and they were like riding on a cloud compared to mine with +2s and 450r shocks set all the way soft. i need to upgrade  the only thing i heard him mention is that they're a little bit too soft for jumping. they're (i think) an xc valve for 145-160 lb riders and he's about 165. soaking up landings is about the only thing that mine is better for.

thats for sure! but i was gonna say getting up in the morning, walking 5 feet out of the tent, and then peeing. :p i love the campfires after a day of hard riding too. it doesn't get any better.. well if we could have our camper i guess it would be haha. toy hauler time...

sounds so fun:p

sounds like those shocks are pretty sweet!

you should throw the works spring kit or GT thunder rebuilds on yours and hell wanna ride yours instead:devil:

but yea i know what you mean by the shocks soaking up the big stuff, thats why i run em for the track

Great trails those are. Must have been really dusty, sure don't miss those days of breathing dust.

Cool pictures, must have been a fun trip! I went there with my dad once years ago. The trails are pretty winding and fun, but lots of sand huh?!

if there weren't a few gravel roads, investing in paddles wouldn't be a bad idea
