I know a little, my brother had one. It had quite a few problems also. Whats the deal?

its got new top end, new carb, put a gravity fuel tank on it and it still cuts out after 5 min of good riding, around the yard it lasts all day.... down the trails it makes it 5 min. we guess the cdi is the problem. i was wondering if a different cdi would work or does it have to be for a fl350........

There is a company that advertises in Dirt Wheels that specialize in these units. You might want to get in touch with them if members here can't help you out.

i'll bet its a gas line issue between the tank and the carb

Thats what I was thinking. I'm guessing you ride it harder through the trails and it starts starving for gas. Might try a thicker hose or attaching like a pulse pump since (in my opinion) gravity fed things suck for the most part.

I'm no expert, but I have had a couple argos that did the same thing, run fine in the yard, and then when i hit the trails hard or hills especially, my grav. fed system took a crap and a pump fixed it.

isn't there a regulator in the gas line between the tank and carb. clean it and then see. my buddy had to clean that and the tank. it was a fl250 so i don't know if they are identical setup. just my .02

BTW, i do believe the regulator is vacuum operated. make sure no vacuum leak
