ok so ive heard to ride it like you normally would when breaking in a big bore, and to run it at a certain rpm for like 20 minutes on a cam, but not to do the rpm on a big bore and put alot of load on the cam, so how do you break in both at the same time?

I'm wondering the same thing. i desided just to break the motor in with my old cam first then stick the new cam in and break it in.
im also going to break in my engine this way http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm

All I did was go to the track for practice and ride it like I normally would... still running great.

when i rebuild i just ride it around easy for like 10 hours or so then i ride it like normal and it does great. my 440 has lasted almost 2 years so far no problems at all.

I just assemble it with the cylinder and rings dry. Fire it up for a few seconds to get oil moving then break it in hard like I ride it. I do change the oil after an hour or two to get any possible shavings ect.. out.
Never had a problem.
Running one RPM will seat the rings for that RPM and cause troubles later. Just like cars you want to vary throttle position.
