Urgent Help Idle!!!

ok, i have a 2006 450er and it will start just fine w/o any hesitation with the choke on, but it will not even start with it off!
also, it will run with the choke on but if i take it off and let it idle, it will die within 10 seconds! please need help asap!!!! suposed to go riding friday!!!

my 07 er will not start cold without choke, is this after it has been running? air filter clean?

idle is located under the tank on the frame-rail on the brake side....

does it run ok under load, or choke out?
