Which year model 450?

i was just wondering what everybody else thought....which year model 450 do you think is the strongest, fastest and better quad?...lets hear everyones oppinion.

I own an 07 and LOVE it.

I would be just as happy with an 04 besides having to kickstart it......

My opinion is buy what YOU like, you will not be dissapointed.

I ride an 07 as well. I would definitly take any of them. I like the looks of the newer models over the old ones.

i ride an 07 and love every second of it, ive done very minor mods and have noticed big differences

Exactly, I have just a slip-on and I upgraded the cooling system a little bit.

the only things ive done are R&D pump cover, jetting, and tightened my throttle and now the bottom end is crazy quick. All i need now is the top end :D

if i had the choice to get a new one i would still get the 04. why? just wait until that elec start craps out, the you will wish you had the kicker, then you will understand.:rolleyes:

No I won`t, because I`ll get another one. Not a big deal to me.

I will buy another electric start too. I have been riding for over 20 years, trust me, I allready understand. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

I could have gotten an 05, 06, or an 07, and chose the 05 leftover. I prefer the kick start, and the longer lasting valves of the 04-05's. Lets not forget about the supposedly better tranny, on the earlier models. How about the better turning front end of the 04-05's? Then there is the oil cooler aswell..Longer piston skirt, etc...:rolleyes:

Exactly!! No one can tell anyone what quad is right for them. It's a decision they have to make on their own...I agree.

I wasnt arguing the fact that you liked your 07. There are qualities in both the 04-05's and 06 and up that they each have. I love the added power of the later models, the looks, headlight, etc. I just aswell like the features I listed of the earlier years. Least we agree on honda!! ;)
