How do you adjust the tie rods on a 300ex? I can see the nut on the tie rod end but dont kno which way to twist. Me an a friend were coming around a corner head on an couldnt see eachother. Im pretty sure i just bend the streering stem because the tie rods look straight an the knuckles dont look bend either. doing this will be alot cheeper than getting a whole new steering stem.

one tie rod end has left hand threads and one has right hand threads. so one side you be turning it like you are loosening it but it will tighten it. back the nut off from the tie rod end on both ends, then turn the tie rod to adjust it. one way will push the rear of the tire out and the other will pull it in. also best to use a tie strap to strap your handlebars in the straight position. i use 2, one on the left side of the handle bar to the grab bar and one on the right side,
