alright im getting enough air to bottom out my 300ex i weigh about 165-170 and im 5'8

what should i do get a 400ex or 450r???

in my opinion if you think your up to the challenge of a 450 then go for it, because even though the 400 is a considerable amount faster then the 300 and the handling is not comparable,
eventually you would regret not getting the 450.
it sounds to me like your a MX rider? so the suspension and hard hitting power of the 450 should be more suitable to your liking
