it handles good............I only have like 300 miles on it. I haven't run it too hard yet. I am not so sure it handles as good as the srt-8 charger though. I will report back after more time.

Why in the hell did they put that heat soaking cast intake manifold on it when they could of put a composite intake on it? That is my only disappointment with it.

I wouldn't be waiting for my old man to throw me the keys if it was mine . ;)

I helped him do a body off rebuild on it a few years back but haven't been able to get behind the wheel yet.

He's got classic car insurance on it and the policy states that you have to be a licensed driver for a minimum of 10 years.... my 10 years is up next March, so next spring I'll be taking her out.

He always told me not to expect any money when he dies .... my inheritence is a '69 Cuda and a log home on a lake. I'm content with that. :D

Joe's a hitman that runs an excavation business. He'll knock you off and won't have a hard time finding a place to bury you.... better watch yourselves.

Check out the website listed near his Avatar . You'll get a better understanding of what he does and the business he runs.

dealership here in Lex was adding a "Lack of availability" charge to these for $20,000, making the sticker $61,000:eek2:

The funny thing is that when I was buying my Nitro, I was looking at the SRT version of the Nitro and they had a "Gas Guzzler Tax" of 2100.00 dollars.......plus with the added SRT , it would have jumped my truck up to an axtra 8 grand to the top of the list price.

LOL that's a Charger you're thinking of. My company is involved in the renovations to a large dealer and this rolled off the carrier about 3 hours ago. I came "this" close to plunking down the $42k in cash, because it wasn't a pre order. I controlled myself and by the time I got back to the office it was sold.

You know ... later on tonight when you're laying in bed, you going to try and find a way to kick yourself in the rear. LOL

If I had my choice, the Black Challenger would be my first pick. Sooooooo sick . :eek2:

I paid 3k over sticker for mine.........45,000.00 . I never pay sticker price let alone over sticker, but all of the dealers are trying to get a 20k markup. I actually looked at a black one and a silver one, but the orange just killed me. And since I just lost my orange Kawasaki Z-1000 in the garage fire, I thought it was a fitting replacement. Its a real nice car and I get alot of thumbs up at red lights ;)
Everyone loves the looks of this car.

As for the gas guzzler tax, it was 2500 on this car but thats included in the sticker price. Meanwhile my brother in law who works for the federal government is allowed to take home a dually chevy every night (50 miles one way) at the tax payers expense for no good reason. Hypocrites in our government.

The SRT track experience comes with every new SRT purchase...........we already attended one track experience session and can't wait to do it again. I think the website is www.srttrackexperience.com
very cool stuff.............I am very pleased to be so fortunate and I hope everyone can be as lucky as me. ;)
