what would be the best setup for me. i ride both woods and mx, i would like to widen but not to much. im on a pretty low budgets and am looking at derisi rebuilt shocks and possibly +2 burgard arms. i have a 04 450r. so my real question is should i go with a xc or mx rebuild on my shocks, and the second, whats the best, but cheapest a arms for my applications, thanks for replies.

one of the best arms for the dollar is jd performance. i would advise to stay away from burgard or asr. you will continually have to buy ball joints for the burgards or even risk them breaking on you. and asr have fitament issues. people do run those two name brands and like them but i personally dont trust them anymore. just my two cents. call dave direct and he will work with you for sure as far as price goes. check out trx450r.org , go to forums then click on the jd perf one. all the trx guys love his stuff

also check out smc fabrication. lifetime warranty with a lot cheaper price then most others out there

I got a set of Herrman a arms i'll sell if you're interested. They were used for XC, im only selling cause i got long travel.

I really like SMC. They are inexpensive and great quality

thankas for the help but ive got new problems andplaces to spend money cause my rear lugnuts came loose and wallered out my rims, i checked them 4 days in a row and they were always tight, didnt check em the 5th day, when i was riding my buddy saw it and told me about it, so saving up for rear hiper

That sucks, man. Oh well, good reason to get some hipers. I think thats what I will get next on my quad.
