jetting a 500??

ok i put a hmf slip [bill ballance] on exoust on my 500 outty and ever since my bike has just ran like sh@t,so bad my buddy on his 400 ex took me yesterday.anyways need to know what do do to fix the problem.

Did you jet it at all after the slip on? I have an outlaw 500 and I'm running an open airbox and an hmf sport slip on. I have a Dynojet kit with the needle on the third clip, screw 2.5 turns out and a 160 main jet. Oh, and I ride anywhere from 5,000 to 10,000 feet. Mine screams like a gut-shot comanche compared to stock. Hope that helps

I have the HMF sport with lid on and k&n and i have my carb set at 165 main 2.5 turns out and never touched the clip .I use mukini jets. i ride at 0 - 600 ft.
