i think you should bend your front fender brackets down a little so your front fenders sit level instead of angled up

no, the dcnr requires us in pa to have them, as well as at least liability insurance, to ride on any property other than our own.

legacy, where did you get that led tail light...i am going to hook up a brake light system to my 2000 400ex and was going to do a 450r tail light, but that looks cleaner. and i likey...

No, quads are not street legal unless you do a few things to them (mirrors, brake light, etc) in addition to registering them.

I have a quick question. I have the same rear fenders and mine seem really horribly floppy are yours bad too? We did a 450r cut on them and we don't have that rod on them either, do you think the rod makes a difference?
BTW I like the black sides.

Quads cant be street legalized in the states. It must have 3 wheels or less for some wierd reason, but thats how it is, it wont matter what you do to them.

Oh and nice quad by the way, how do you like the works shocks for xc?

Yes I need to get new springs for my front shocks. They atleast need to be powdercoated because they are fugly :P. My rear fenders do flop really bad as well, I dont know why 400's do that but they do. The 450rs mounting are much much better. They flop so bad that they hit the back of my feet when riding. And to answer someone else's question about the front fender brackets I have them up high like that because they help keep the gas tank plastic from rubbing the gas tank. It was so bad that it almost rubbed through. I need a new bumper as well because it is so bent and also a PRM rear skid in the future. I am also thinking about getting a precision stabilizer for it, not sure yet. The works shocks by themselves were ok for trails. I got Derisi Racing to revalve them and reservice them for my weight/riding style/ a arm setup and they are so plush, they feel great and was definantly worth the 260 to rebuild them. Any other questions or comments? Let me know
