Pretty simple to do but I'll make a quick tutorial. Sorry Theres no pics but it should be self explanatory. I did this on a 300ex so there may some differences on different quads.

1) Remove any plastics that are attached to the handlebars(They usually pop off)

2) Remove the screws holding the clutch(left) and brake levers(right)on.(Usually around an 8mm)

3) Now using a phillips screw driver remove the screw holding the throttle and the button cluster on, remove those.

Now that everything should be removed from the handlebars its time to remove the bars themselves.

4) Remove the handlebars by removing the two bolts on the bar clamp, at the bottom of the bars.

5) Get your new fancy bars and clamp them on where you just removed the old ones.

6) Optional* Install your grips so you know where to place everything else.

7) Bolt the clutch(left) and reinstall the throttle(right) back on.

8) Screw the button cluster onto the right side of the clutch lever and the brake lever to the left of the throttle.

9) Reinstall any of the plastics if they fit, if not itll be fine.

10) Make sure your grips are dry(If you installed your grips) before tearing it up.

11) Have fun with your new bars!
