bought 2 new battries and it still drages is it the startor dose anyone have a startor ????????

What could be happening is the windings inside may be rubbing.

This can happen from the starter being engaged after the quad is running.

I have seen the bearing that the starter gear uses gum up so bad that you could kick it OK but there is just not enough to make the starter spin. It gets harder starting then won't move eventually. I would check there before doing anything else.
