no, it has an endcap. not to quite but its not real loud.

jusy wanted to make sure that all the wiring is good, and both light sockets work.
i fried mine last weekend!

yes both lights/wiring are in good working order, the 2 bottom mounts are not any good but if you have the old assembly you can switch it out.
