I've read about people putting grease zerks on their 400EX a-arms, I was wondering if this works or not? Any info would be appreciated.

Honda is notorious for having no grease it their sealed bushings, bearings, and pivot points. It wouldn't hurt to have some zerks.

Ya I know that's why I am wondering if installing grease zerks would make a difference or would you still need to take everything apart. And if so what exactly do you need to do to install grease zerks?

When we did the zerks on my suzuki, we needed to drill the right sized hole in teh hollow part of teh a arm where it attaches to the frame. The you take an 8 mm or 5/16 wrench or socket nd screw the zerk into the hole. It helpep zuk' but it amde for really messy cleanups, but the bearings do last longer.
