Pentium E2220 @ 3.2 Ghz OC
GeForce 9800 GTX 512MB OC
GIGABYTE GA-73VM-S2 G33
mushkin Low-Latency Gaming 2GB DDR2 800 running 4-4-4-12

yea i kno that would be the reason but 10000rpm drives will give ou extremely fast load times especially if they have good cache but in raid 0...... thats just insane fast

also i would go with 4 GB of ram, 2 GB is enough but sicne you running an insane raid setup lol mighta s well go with more ram especially with vista premium

im not sure youll find many games that will take advantage of a 64bit OS at the moment.

i just put together a new pc for a friend of mine.

for less than $1K he bought:
AMD6400 X2 dual core, 8gig DDR2 ram, 2ea 250gig SATA harddrives & dvdr, 9800GTX 512mg video card, etc..
but he still insisted on getting windows XP..

it should be relatively equal to yours in performance, ill have him run some benchmarks so you can compare.

its nice and fast though he doesnt play games that utilize the serious graphics capability it has.

its like having a vette but never driving above 55mph.
