Low oil problem

this is a 04 trx450. My bike was blowing out oil bad through the pipe. so i changed the seals. the rings are like new. and so is the piston. Valves should be still good got new ones this winter. i ride it and then i let it sit for a while and the oil never shows back up in the window. and i have to had more oil just to get it to show up. any ideas.

it actually does seem like you have a valve problem, like one is stuck open and lets oil drain into the cylinder. but thats my only guess to why it blows oil through the pipe

I don't know how having a valve stuck open would let oil into the cylinder. If you are seeing smoke in the exhaust, you better check the piston and rings again. How new is the piston...Improper installation??

rings and piston are only about a month old.

whats the oil level in the tranny side when this happens?

are you saying that oil is still comin out the exhaust pipe.????

yeah it seems like the oil is just getting caught up there and not wanting to come back down. so its like its building up.
