Paint Rims ?

how hard is it to paint rims. i want to paint my rims black and have no clue on what to do. and how to do it

My brother painted his rims and it was pretty easy, just don't expect it to hold up like powdercoat. Start by cleaning them really well and then sand them to roughen them up a bit. Tape the tire so you don't get any paint on them. Then for the first coat, just barely cover it then let it completely dry. Then the next couple coats you can start making them a little heavier. 3-4 coats of paint and 1-2 coats of clear coat should be fine. If they chip just spray that little area. If you are patient with it they should hold up pretty well though.
