Anybody have a good running 250R engine, stock bore, not stock bore they'd think about getting rid of? All years 85-89. PM me or send email:

How about this ..... LRD 275 spacer plate mx ported motor on an 88 bottom end. Comes with new stator and clutch, and Hinson quick change clutch cover running 220 psi. No leaks or case damage. $850 shipped to your door.

Do you have to run VP for that much compression? What size carb were you using?

I ran Sunoco 110 straight using a 38mm air stryker.

I sent you a PM before, here is a pic of the motor. It does have to be run on 110 octane but it is fresh & ready to go.

He's still mulling it over. Doesn't know if he wants to run 110 octane fuel all of the time... Fuel costs enough as it is. Last time I check VP was around $9 per gallon...

Go ahead, I can't get a straight answer from my friend that is looking for one. He's the most indecisive person I know. I thought I'd help him out and ask around on here. He lost a few deals on ebay...

He's not too keen on the 110 octane... yet.
