What is the top end speed of a XR250? And in a drag race with the 400EX what will win?

Just about any bike will beat a quad most of the time. Less weight.

Tprender, That is not true. Weight is a big factor but its more than that...

I would think a 400ex would win in a drag but not sure. If you think about it the xr250 has a xr250 moter:huh And the 400ex has a xr400 motor in it. What they do with quads though is so where along the way they shave off about 7 horsepower. And it is a quad so wouldn't go as fast but still has a more powerful engine. You can put alot of money into the 400ex and start smoking 125's! (Alot of money!)

I'm pretty sure the XR250 would win, mabey not by alot but I'm pretty sure it will, I think the 400EX might beat it like the first 20 ft but I think the XR would catch up. Does anyone know the top speed of it though?
