On a quad that has been sitting wha are he things i should check?????

I have a 92 honda trx 250x its been sitting for like 2 months what should i check engine wise???

do the basics, a oil and filter change, also clean the carb, and make sure to replace any old gas,

and if it was running good before you put it away then fire it up.

Hes got it, also if it has been sitting for along time I would check all the fuel lines and stuff to make sure there isnt any dry rotted lines.
