help me adjust my valves- NOW!!!

Well- my wheeler is all torn down... I read the EX TECH and its great so far.

My question is.... when it says to rotate the motor over COUNTER CLOCKWISE....

is that... with the ratchet on there... moving the ratch handle counter clockwise ?? so I would be rotateing the ratch handle towards the front of my machine- CORRECT???
