'87 plastic on '88 Trax?

Does anybody know if front and rear fenders from an '86 or '87 Trax 250R will fit on an '88 Trax 250R?

I'm hoping it's a straight bolt on without any modifications.

I dont think you run into any issues with that.

Fixed by an aftermarket seat latch, is the problem of using 86 plastic on 88-89 frames (87?).

Yes they do. The only dif is the head light and seat, but if your only doing the front and rears, you will be fine.
