Does my LTF250 run rich or lean?

Below is the picture of my new spark plug after 20 min. fast driving. Does the bike run rich or lean? Or is it o.k.? I have learnt that black color is sign of rich and white (or light gray) of lean. I can see both colors. The electrode is light grey and the thread is black.

I think you go off of the electrode. Its white so id say lean.
