Anyone gone to see the movie?

My girlfriend and I went out tonight to a packed theater and I have to say ..... one of the best movies I've seen in a LONG time .

I'm not going to give it away .... but it's a 2 Thumbs Up movie. I guess there's a reason it made over $60 million on it's opening DAY !!!

Go watch it if you have a chance.

The wife and I went to the drive in last night to watch Batman. It's pretty good I must admit. I didn't like Batman Begins at all, but this one is awesome.

I saw it thursday night/Friday morning at the midnight showing and then I went to see it again Saturday night with some friends that paid for my ticket Sat. night. I wouldn't of gone if they didn't pay for it. I have to go see it again when it goes to the $5 buck club with the wife.

Overall, it was a good movie, but I don't think it is as good as my friends that want to go see it for a third time. It left way too many things open for the third one.

Ya that was pretty intense. :huh

Heath Ledger should played an awesome part . I guess it's true what they were saying about his death ... he got right into the role of the Joker .

I'll put money down right now , that this Halloween , The Joker mask will be the biggest seller ... his makeup was pretty creepy.

You'll enjoy it . It's got some funny parts to it, some seriousness and some wicked special effects.

I'm usually not a fan of this style of movie (superhero movies , batman, superman, spiderman, etc) but this movie is probably in the top 3 best movies I've watched of all time.... and I watch a LOT of movies . LOL

Wow ..... that's pretty pricey.

I remember a few years back when they opened the big Cineplex here , it used to cost around $30 for 2 people .... then they realized that no one was attending because just down the street the older theatre was charging $7 a ticket. Didn't take long for them to drop their prices.

Now the older theatre is charging $4 and has $2 cheap nights , but they only shows movies that hit big screen 4 months previous.

I don't mind spending $40 going to the movies ... it makes for a good night out ... we just don't do it every weekend.

I'm also a Marvel fan...a huge one infact. But DC finally did something right when they made this movie. Casting Heath Ledger as the Joker may be the best move they could have done.

I was the only one in the movie theater that was laughing hard when he walked out of the hospital and was banging on the remote, and blew the rest of it up. But I'm a cheap laugher. :)

R.I.P. Heath Ledger :(

Saw the movie last night. Real great movie, awsome effects and a great cast. It was just so gosh darn long! The movie theater was packed, so I had to sit next to some fat chick wearing a skin tight shirt and a short skirt. She ate pop corn and drank her slurpy from the minute I walked in there til it was over. :eek2: She would move and hit my legs or my arms too. But other than that it was a killer movie. The Joker was the funniest.
