what color goes with yellow?

this winter i am going to strip my 400ex down to the frame while i am doing some upkeep on the bike and doing motor work. i am wanting to paint my frame but i dont really know what color to paint it because it is yellow. i am wanting a color that when i ride past people will notice it. i was hoping that someone on here has painted there yellow bike frame so i could get some ideas. any pictures would also be great.

blue looks pretty good if you have alot of other blue parts. also a dark purple would look pretty trick.

I think like a royal blue or candy red.

What I thought would look cool, is a frame that starts with yellow in the front and slowly fades into a black until the back of the frame is completely black.:cool:

i was thinking black too but like people said, everyone has that. i was thinking about a royal blue, a redish color, maby even a dark purple like said. yea that would be cool if you had some spare time to photoshop something up for me. here is a pic of a bike with the color blue i was thinking, what do you all think it would look like with yellow?

Were also working on the house, so its either gonna be really early i do it or really late.

this is the best pic that i have of it right now. if it would be hard to work with that just let me know and ill just go take another pic tomorrow. if possible leave the bumper and stuff the normal color and if its not a big deal make the hub blue too. like i said though if that pic is too hard to work with let me know and ill get you a better one. take your time, im not in a hurry just whenever you get to it. i tryed to upload a pic strate on here but it said it was too big, here is a link to the pic off of my site. i was also thinking about red, around the color of the shocks and hubs, but if thats alot of work dont worry about it. i hope you can use it off of there, if not ill have to figure out how to make it fit. thankshttp://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewImage&friendID=52290372&albumID=0&imageID=34687296

personally, i wish i had done this before my winter build. i did yelow plastics and black frame with yellow accent parts here and there. i wish i had gotten new balck palstics and a yellow frame. with yellow and black parts. it think that would have looked sick

Hondarider661- stfu, lol. You try to do white better. If I went any lighter it looks completely fake. Whites real hard to do. Black is too, but not quite as much

what all are you planning for you build? and i think the purple is pretty sweet lookin. also i think you should to chrom upper a-arms and puruple lower a-arms or what ever color you go with. maybe some black nerfs, bumper, wheels, and a purple or what ever color you do choose) or back swinger.

im not really sure what all im going to do with it yet. nothing major im sure but i might change my mind. i might bore it just a small amount and put a 11:1 piston in it, then a advance timing key, and just a stronger cam chain. other than that, thats proubly all the motor work i will do, unless someone has any ideas on what else i should do. it just all depends on how much money i have to play with while im in college. then besides the motor, just brakes, chain, maby try some different sprockets, and some painting.

yea it would be, i used to have chrome wheels and they were a pain. it would still be cool looking though.
