need advise and suggestions on jetting!

Here's the deal. 08 450 er
-slip on fmf ballance
-k&n filter w/lid off
-48 pilot
-165 main
-needle is 4th from top
-fuel screw is 2 turns out
-raven ac pump cover
-and i manually adjusted the ac pump, turning it 1/4 turn clockwise

the bike runs good, but i think there should be a little more. sometimes it will die if i hit the throttle real quick and then acts like it is flooded. also, if anyone has any tips on adjusting the fuel screw, much appreciated.

Id bring the main jet up to a 185 or 190.

I hope your joking that 04/05 jetting not 06/08 , I would maybe bump yourself down 1 on the pilot as this bike has no cam in it so you might be fat on the pilot.
